Who needs a visa?

Citizens of countries outside the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland generally need a visa to enter Ireland for tourism, study, work, or family reasons.

What you'll need

A valid passport, a recent photograph, and supporting documents in PDF (invitation letters, financial evidence, accommodation, etc.) ready to upload.

Track your application

Once submitted, use your e-visa reference number on the status page to view your uploaded documents and current state.
